Over the past ten days, Tucker families gathered testimony, reviewed peer districts, and assessed Milton Public Schools' systems. The findings, recommendations, and accounts are below, each as its own page, each citable on its own.
Testimony gathered during this campaign shows a pattern over several years, across different students and types of harm: anti-Black, anti-Asian, antisemitism, and repeated behavior without stronger consequences. The record does not question if there is a problem; it asks what works.
We urge the School Committee to lead a Racial Accountability Working Group with parents and guardians of Black and affected Tucker families. Formed by July 15, 2026. Six-month mandate. Public report by February 2027. Read the cover letter for the full proposal.
Setup the Racial Accountability Working Group, share the member-selection plan, and outline how you intend to act on the recommendations.
